Shipping
LOOMA currently ships to the United States.
Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times can vary during periods of high order volume or when inventory needs to be transferred.
Delivery
For the United States, the current supplier shipping estimate is approximately 5–11 days in transit after processing, depending on the shipping method and destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs or other circumstances outside LOOMA's control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take some time to become active after dispatch.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipment.
