Returns & Refunds
If there is a problem with your LOOMA purchase, contact growth.codexx@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or video where relevant.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Change-of-mind returns
Unused and unopened items may be eligible for a return request within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Return approval is required before sending anything back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where supported. Processing time varies by payment provider.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
