Refund policy

At LOOMA, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at growth.codexx@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the problem

We will review the request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Unused and unopened items

Unused and unopened items may be eligible for a return request within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where applicable. Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original components may not qualify for a return.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions where a return is approved.

Refunds

Once an approved return or refund request has been reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, where supported by the payment provider.

Please allow additional processing time for your payment provider or bank to display the refund.

Non-returnable situations

A return or refund may not be available where:

  • The item has been used or damaged after delivery.
  • The product is missing parts or accessories due to customer handling.
  • The return request is made outside the applicable return period.
  • The product does not meet the conditions stated above.

Order cancellations

Because orders may be processed shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation can be completed once processing or fulfillment has begun.
